The "To Do" List

Everyday, I start my day with a hundred and one things going through my head- make lunch for girls, get them up, write of my lists of errands for day, find an activity to do with my girls during the day, clean some part of the house...

What I began to notice actually last year, there was no list for my husband or ME! I found I wasn't eating properly, "our" stuff was going by the waste side and I and "we" didn't feel good.

So... While that "to do" list is and will always be there, I made a commitment to get a more introspective one going to. I get overwhelmed when the lists get too big which is why I am doing this "one" "won" thing at a time.

FIRST "won"- I have had poor posture my entire life. I was an athlete and the tallest among my friends. It wasn't until after I had my 3rd child and then 2 years after that that I am ready to tackle this . I found a program called, MU TU system. It is a targeted system to help realign your body and strengthen your core muscles. It is also a program that can help heal a diastasis recti ( splitting do stomach muscles- which I have). It is a 12 week program and I am on week 2 and am committed. First week was really hard on my body since I haven't done specific targeted exercises in forever but I am so excited that I am finally working at something that should have been worked on all my life.
